The Council has a development opportunity to increase the supply of housing with a focus on the provision of specialist supported housing, to help to ensure the long-term economic sustainability of Knowsley. The Council will work in partnership with a developer/registered provider in order to enhance the housing offer and quality of life that Knowsley provides for its most vulnerable adults.
