Insurance Services 2018/19

The University is seeking insurance cover for activities of the University of Nottingham and its subsidiary companies. The business activities fo the University are Research and Education and other related activities. The duration of the agreements is one year commencing 1st AUGUST 2018 with the option for long term agreements up to 3 years. The estimated spend over 3 years is 1.8 million GBP. The scope of the contract is Material damage/Business Interruption, Money & Contract works, Employers Liability, Public & Products Liability (including Hirers Liability), Personal Accident/Travel, Computer

The UoN NDA is attached to this project(tender) as a clarification. This needs to be returned via InTend correspondence. Access to the tender documents and Insurance website will ONLY be given on receipt of a completed NDA.

The University are holding an Open day for potential providers to visit the University Park and Jubilee campuses. Followed by a question and answer session.

The date we have set for the Open day is:

WEDNESDAY 2 MAY.

When expressing an interest in the project via the Intend portal https://in-tendhost.co.uk/universityofnottingham/aspx/Home providers are asked to give details of who is likely to attend from their organisation. (There is a limit of 4 persons per provider).

Non-compliant expressions of interest (EOI) will not be considered or acknowledged. The university reserves the right to cancel the tender process at any stage. The University does not accept any liability for any costs incurred in tendering EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST CLOSE: 25 May 2018

Please first register on the eTendering system then Login and go to Tenders.

Find the project scroll down to View Details and then scroll down to the Express Interest` button at the foot on the right hand side.

Once you have registered, log-in and go to Current Tenders/view printable details, then expressed interest in the project.

Once you have registered, expressed interest in the project AND your EOI will be accepted and an email will automatically be sent notifying you (to the inserted publish email address at point of registration) that it has been accepted and a second email notifying you that the documents have been published to your site under `My Tenders`.

Internet Explorer (not Mozilla Firefox) should be used and pop ups must be allowed.

All correspondence relating to this project should only be made through the e-Tendering web site. Click on CREATE NEW CORRESPONDENCE once you have logged on to the Web site and follow the instructions. Select send message via web option rather than `by email` option as this is received by the host company not directly to UoN.
