Completion of new build housing scheme at West End Avenue, consisting of 11 separate new dwellings (11 houses)- 7 no. 2 bed semi-detached housing, 1 no. 4 bed detached housing and 3 no. 4 bed semi-detached housing. With associated hard and soft landscaped areas, below ground drainage and adopted highways works. Generally comprising:

• oSite tidy up
• oBeam and block ground floors
• oMasonry load bearing cavity walls, tiled pitched roofs, plastered and decorated finishes internally, kitchens and bathrooms, UPVC windows and doors
• oMechanical and electrical installations
• oFront and rear landscaped gardens, fencing and gates
• oHighways works including access road, bell mouth and turning head, pavement crossovers, street lighting and sewers
• oCar parking
• oDrainage
• oMasonry retaining walls
• oIncoming services, utilities and service diversions
• oAdjustment to storm/surface drainage
• oAdjustment to existing services
• oNew incoming services
• oNew pitched roof, canopies, dormers, fascia, soffits and rainwater goods
• oBuilders work in connection with services
• oMinor Hard and soft landscaping
• oExternal works
