The Trust currently has a requirement for fit out Works to Levels 5, 6 & 8 of the Southward Building at Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children NHS Foundation Trust.
Some key details about this project are as follows:

| o | The single stage tender will be based on Stage 4 information with the MEP performance specification |
| o | There will be contract amendments which will be issued as part of the tender package |
| o | The pricing documentation will be a pricing schedule / scope of works |
| • | Work Comprise; |
| o | Conversion of L5 Southward to open plan office |
| o | Conversion of L6 Southward to Physiological and Mental Health Services |
