Consultancy Support to Business Process Re-Engineering Project

Future Council is Dudley Council's vision for the organisation we need to be in order to meet the needs of our residents, businesses and visitors in the coming years. This means we will be carrying out a fundamental review of what we do and how we do it, to ensure the greatest possible beneficial outcomes for our customers. A key component of the Future Council programme will be to enable operational service reviews with the objective of redesigning our processes to maximise customer value and minimise unnecessary cost and waste. In order to do this, a small team of process design officers is being recruited, however it will be necessary to support this team with external expert consultancy to ensure the team achieve the required early results and carry out upskilling of team members. We require experienced specialist business process engineer support, able to work closely with business stakeholders to draw up a proposal for business improvement based on Lean methodologies.
