The Employer requires tenders for the complete development package such that on completion of the Tenderer's works the Employer is in a position to move tenants into their new homes.
The Tenderer is required to act as Main Contractor and appoint others to undertake the works that they cannot facilitate themselves, taking responsibility for the work of others as Main Contractor.
The site is designated green space and therefore the design will need to maintain an amenity area which is shown on the feasibility drawing. The drawing enclosed is provided as a guidance and opportunities to enhance and improve the design should be explored and will be scored as part of this tender.
