description

This contract is for a standalone piece of work to help future-proof the Customer's website before a new content management system is put in place during 2018. Implementation of the new CMS is due to start in Q3 (Oct/Nov). The information architecture needs to have been agreed by early in the project (exact date TBC) so that the implementation partner can deliver the build specification in line with the Customer's requirements.

The primary objective is to test whether a proposed new level 1 enables website users to easily find the content they need to complete key tasks. The secondary objective is to gather insight about how the existing IA from level 2 downwards is performing. This insight will be fed into future content and IA changes.
