MWF - Lot 2 - HFRS HQ - Re-roofing of Roofs 1, 3 & 5 - AWARD

Dear Sir/Madam,

In accordance with the Minor Works Framework 2022 - 2026 - lot 2 you are invited to tender for the Re-roofing of Roofs 1, 3 & 5 at FRS HQ and have been supplied with the attached documents.

Please download all the documents and read VERY carefully.

Opting In and Out

Please note you are required to 'Opt In' before you can access the 'My tender Return' to start populating your response.

The 'Opt Out' functionality will also be available throughout the duration of the tender process. Opting out will give you the option of declaring you no longer want to receive any further communication in relation to this tender along with the opportunity of providing comments and feedback for this decision.

You can choose to 'Opt In' at any time during the tender process if you initially decided to 'Opt Out'.

PLEASE NOTE: Site visit requirements in item 2.0 of the schedule of works must to be arranged in advance with myself or Bowie Heer as ad-hoc visits will not be possible and that there should be not less than 2 persons attending site if looking to access roof areas.

It would be useful if your tender return could include the following 7 documents:

1. Completed Grand Summary Sheet
2. Completed form of tender
3. Fully priced schedule of works (Section 3 of tender specification)
4. Breakdown of all preliminary costs
5. Completed mechanical Tender summary (Section E3 from mechanical document in appendix D))
6. Completed electrical tender summary (sections E2 & E3 from electrical document in appendix E)
7. Completed resource questionnaire (From appendix V of the PCI document)

Your completed tender return document(s) as listed above should be submitted via In Tend no later than 2pm on Tuesday 2nd May 2023.
