Ofwat is looking to develop a legal panel to support its work in relation to Thames Tideway Tunnel and Large-scale enhancement projects procured by water companies under Ofwat's Direct Procurement for Customers Initiative. The Legal Panel will run for a period of four (4) years. For more information on either of our work streams, please see the summary of the project as attached and see the provided web links below.
Additional information: This procurement will relate to legal services which are listed in Schedule 3 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (PCR) 2015 as a specific service. This procurement is being conducted under the Light Tough Regime ('LTR') is therefore subject to limited regulation and will be conducted in accordance with regulations 74 to 76 PCR 2015.
