Air Conditioning Works Bedfordshire Police HQ

The works shall include but not be limited to the following:-

Lecture Theatre: Strip out existing Lecture Theatre air handling unit (AHU) and associated heating and chilled water pipework/valves, controls and ductwork. Supply and install 3 No. ducted DX fan coil units c/w associated outdoor condensers, refrigeration/condensate pipework/pumps, tray work, volume control dampers, fire dampers, insulated ductwork, cross talk attenuators, supply air diffusers, return air grilles and controls. Replace the existing Plant Room 16 way TP&N distribution board with a new 24 way TP&N distribution board and connect to the existing 200 amp incoming supply and existing outgoing ways. Design, supply and install new three phase outgoing power supplies to serve the new DX outdoor condensing units/AHU and provide interconnecting power/control wiring to serve the indoor units. Test and commission the complete installation.

Fingerprint Room - Strip out 4 No. existing chilled water ceiling cassette air conditioning units and associated chilled water pipework. Pipework to be stripped back to a suitable location as not to leave any dead legs. Pipework to be valves and capped for possible future use. Supply and install 5 No. DX ceiling mounted cassettes c/w associated outdoor condensers, refrigeration/condensate pipework/pumps, tray work and controls. Design, supply and install new three phase outgoing power supplies to serve the new DX outdoor condensing units and provide interconnecting power/control wiring to serve the indoor units. Test and commission the complete installation.

Meeting Room 03 - Strip out 1 No. existing chilled water wall mounted air conditioning unit and associated chilled water pipework. Pipework to be stripped back to a suitable location as not to leave any dead legs. Pipework to be valves and capped for possible future use. Supply and install 1 No. DX wall mounted unit c/w associated outdoor condenser, refrigeration/condensate pipework/pumps, tray work and controls. Design, supply and install new single phase outgoing power supply to serve the new DX outdoor condensing unit and provide interconnecting power/control wiring to serve the indoor unit. Test and commission the complete installation
