The Royal Opera House (ROH) have appointed ESPO to conduct their procurement process for appointing a Facilities Management Services Provider at the organisation’s Covent Garden and Thurrock buildings. The Service Provider will be required to provide The ROH with a suite of FM services, including cleaning, premises security and engineering and maintenance. The contract will be awarded for an initial period of 5 years, with the option to extend for up to a further 24 months.
