Quotation for Finishing Works to Old Gas Showrooms Demolition Site

The Contract will involve repair works all as drawings 00ZZG(0-) 0001 and 0002 and will include the following works

• Cut-back protruding brickwork to former Old Gas Showrooms / Old Print Room gable wall to the side of the former Magistrates Court building including removal/cut-off of remaining steelwork,
• Excavate and install new concrete footing,
• Build new half-brick thick skin of brickwork to cover existing remaining gable wall to former Magistrates Court,
• Clean exposed area of side-wall to Magistrates Court building,
• Fix rainwater goods following the demolition of the Gas Showrooms building.
