The Council are seeking a suitably qualified contractor for the refurbishment and modernisation of existing toilet facilities at George Street, Shoeburyness to gender neutral, including space for changing place and improving accessibility requirements in line with The Equality Act 2010. The procurement process will be conducted electronically via the Council's e-tender facility Pro-Contract: - https://procurement.southend.gov.uk.
