The supply of winter bedding plants and bulbs 2018

Sandwell MBC has identified a requirement for the supply of winter bedding plants and Bulbs for its parks, highways and other determined public areas.

The Council will be using the In-tend e-Tendering System for this Procurement exercise, please visit https://in-tendhost.co.uk/sandwellmbc to access the Sandwell MBC In-tend Supplier Portal.

From here you will be able to register your company, express an interest in the opportunity, and gain immediate access to PQQ`s / ITT`s or other related documents.

The Quotation Document(s) will be made available to suppliers who Express Interest on the Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council Tendering Portal. To access the portal please click the following link https://in-tendhost.co.uk/sandwellmbc

You will be required to log into an existing account or register a new one. Once logged in, from the top menu bar click on "Tenders" to list all the current opportunities. Once you have found the relevant opportunity you should click on "View Details" in order to Express Interest.

Delivery Notes

The goods are to be delivered free of charge to three locations in Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council, and at the risk of the Supplier, in such quantities, to such locations, and in such manner as the Council's officers, duly authorised, may from time to time order upon the Official Purchase Order form. The Council will not be liable for goods ordered in any other manner.

A delivery note, quoting the Official Purchase Order Number must accompany all goods supplied.

Invoices, quoting the Official Purchase Order Number and Delivery Note Number must be submitted in accordance with the instructions on the Official Purchase Order.

Goods in Transit the goods shall remain at the risk of the supplier until delivery is completed.
