The MCA is seeking information from market participants to provide an Extended Detection and Response (XDR) solution to enhance our cybersecurity capabilities. We are interested in exploring potential solutions that can offer advanced threat detection, response, and automation across our diverse IT infrastructure.

This questionnaire is intended to furnish the MCA with the key information it requires to plan a fair and open procurement for this service as well as understand realistic costs and delivery timeframes.

MCA has identified Cyber Security Services 3 as a potential framework to procure an XDR solution. Suppliers can apply to join the Cyber Security Services 3 Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) at any point during the agreement time frame, which will be subject to a pre-qualification process managed by Crown Commercial Service.
