description
The following works were required at St Annes CRS:
- Erect scaffold to form access and protection to working area
- Repoint brickwork approx. 20 square meters as required to first and ground floor areas to match existing
- Decorate walls and ceiling to drying room and garage affected through water ingress
- Install Altro Reliance flooring to main lobby, corridor and drying room on the ground floor
- Remove existing kitchen units and replace with Howdens Glendevon White gloss base and wall units as per spec including all electrical, plumbing and tiling as per spec
- Refix cladding to rear first floor area and mastic and joints and gaps as required
- Clean out rear gully of sand hose down area leave clean and running free
- Reseal around first floor balcony door to stop water ingress
- Remove damaged plaster from same internal face make good and redecorate to match existing
- Remove all rubbish from site.
