description
A contract with a company that can provide full refurbishment of a bathroom. The scope requires an experienced contractor in the delivery of:
| 1. | Plumbing and masonry work in bathrooms. |
| 2. | Ensure safe, proper, and efficient operation of the equipment, systems, installations and facilities. |
| 3. | Fully compliant with all contractual obligations, national, and international laws and with H&S and environmental requirements, as specified by the Authority and appropriate legislation. |
| 4. | Removing the shower cabin, bathtub and toilet. |
| 5. | Removing all bathroom floor tiles and wall tiles. |
| 6. | Installation of a wet room sealant and replacement of all broken tiles. Current floor is built on MDF therefore a new floor constructed. |
| 7. | New tiles placed. |
| 8. | Shower cabin built. |
| 9. | New shower installation. |
| 10. | Bathtub and toilet reinstalled. |
