To deliver Employability through Sports Coaching to eligible 15-29 year olds who are not in employment, education or training (NEET). Courses will include 'Soft' skills such as cooperation, leadership, respect for others, knowing how to win and lose, knowing how to manage competition, etc.
Certified qualifications may also be included together with a range of sports related skills such as:
- oHow to plan, deliver and monitor sports activities and training sessions.
- oGetting motivated
- oTeam Working
- oHow to maintain physical fitness and support
- oHow to encourage other people to do the same
- oHow to develop your confidence.
- oHow you can use your coaching skills to impress employers and get a job.
