BT- 87 Cycle Loan/ Hire & Portal Service

The Environment & Communities Directorate is seeking to appoint a provider to deliver a flexible and affordable cycle loan scheme for Westminster residents. The contract needs to include the purchase of cycle stock and running of the service.

The overarching aim is to give people living, working or studying in Westminster, the opportunity to access a cycle suited to their needs through a subscription, without needing to purchase one. This is to remove one of the known barrier to cycling.
