Roof Works to Rabbs Mill House

Hillingdon Borough Council wishes to appoint a Contractor to carry out roof works as per the specification of works and as per the Bailey Roofing Systems specification to 1No tower block at Rabbs Mill House (14 Chiltern View Road, UB8 2PD). The site is in a residential area bound by Council and privately owned dwellings. The adjacent buildings are predominantly private dwelling. It is anticipated that all of the adjacent dwellings will be occupied during the course of the works.

The building is 1No 14 Storey residential tower block.

The contract period on site is anticipated to be 8 week period as follows:

Start on Site: 07/05/2018

Completion on Site: 29/06/2018

Please note the completion date is critical key date stipulated by the employer and all site programmes need to adhere to this date.

All prices must be fixed for the period of the works and be inclusive of all labour, plant, materials, profits & overheads etc. but exclusive of VAT. Where requested, suppliers must provide a breakdown of their prices with appropriate descriptions
