description
Darlington Borough Council requires the provision of a number of soft skill courses.
Delivery of training must be on Council sites (delivery over teams may be required in certain situations), multimedia/screen and flip chart will be provided. The courses required are detailed in the Specification, with approximately 6 days per year. There may also be up to an additional 3 days per year for 'ad-hoc' soft skills training required which could include topics such as effective communication, time management, leadership training.
