Copeland Borough Council is seeking to appoint a Contractor to build a new Car Park in Ginns area of Whitehaven, Cumbria. Car Park will include :

| • | Fixed Lighting | |
| • | Drainage to Pow Beck | |
| • | New entrance/exit from Coach Road | |
| • | Pedestrian footpath to the north of the site | |
| • | Landscaping around the perimeter |
