Design and Build of a Car Parking Decking System

Norfolk County Council requires the full design and build of a car parking decking system to create 84 net spaces comprising c. 120 additional first level spaces above an existing tarmacadam car park that shall require a revised layout including space losses to accommodate the new decking system.
