East Riding of Yorkshire Council wishes to establish a framework for the maintenance of AV and Supporting Systems throughout its council owned and operated Leisure Centres. The scope of the maintenance agreement will include the provision of an Unlimited and Unscheduled Call-Out Service for faults arising to the audio-visual systems and include the provision of a Planned Preventative Maintenance service.
