The tenderers are to provide a quotation for the supply and fit/renewal of Roof Lights, Roof Windows and associated works. This is to include:
| ? | Supply and fit all roof lights as identified. |
| ? | Remedial works to raised roof window, double glazed powder coated aluminium windows, |
| ? | Renew flat roofing and guttering etc (raised roof area only and remedial roof works around roof lights) |
| ? | Asbestos removal where identified. |
| ? | Provide all access equipment. |
| ? | Provide all Safety, welfare and storage. |
| ? | Electrical works as identified |
Additional information: Derbyshire County Council, Corporate Property is seeking a competent contractor to submit a quotation for the supply and fit of roof windows, roof lights and associated works at Speedwell Infants School in accordance with the attached documentation.
Tenderers are required to login into Due North and complete the attached tender documentation and upload as part of their tender submission. The renewal/ Supply and fit, Roof Lights, Roof Windows and associated works at Speedwell Infants School Only.
We encourage tenderers to provide their anticipated lead-in period from receipt of an official order.
