Hyleford Extra Care Housing in the London Borough of Redbridge

The London Borough of Redbridge (?the Authority?) is seeking tenders from suitably experienced and qualified organisations for the Contract for Hyleford Extra Care, Housing Scheme in the London Borough of Redbridge.

The development shall include the construction as a minimum of sixty, one and two bedroom units (50 x 1 bed and 10 x 2 bed units) of Extra Care affordable accommodation plus related accommodation for:

? Communal facilities: Including Communal lounges, consultation rooms, laundry room, health/fitness rooms/guest rooms (for overnight stay), cleaners store room, craft room, utility area, internal scooter parking/charging area, (facilities must be flexible for other uses).

? Care staff: Including office, estate/housing/managers offices, staff activity rooms (flexible use as meeting/training room), Committee room (used as main office) staff kitchenettes; changing rooms, W.C.?s and shower facilities

? Await acceptance: you will receive an e-mail confirming your username and password for the London Tenders Portal;

? Use your username and password to log in to the London Tenders Portal and express your interest in the Contract;

? After you have expressed an interest you will receive an e-mail link to access the Tender Documentation;

? Then follow the guidance contained in the Instructions for Submission of a Tender;

? All Tenders must be submitted via the London Tenders Portal.

All Tenders shall be submitted in accordance with the Instructions for Submission of a Tender and the further instructions included in the Tender Documents and must be submitted by no later than 17:00 Hours (05:00 pm) on Monday 18th April 2016. Any Tenders received after 17:00 Hours (05:00 pm) on Monday 18th April 2016 will be rejected.
