HCC July 2021 - The Supply of Steel Lockers

Herts FullStop as the Contracting Authority, acting on behalf of the Participant (Hampshire County Council) are leading on the procurement process to establish a Framework Agreement for the supply and delivery of Steel Lockers (hereinafter referred to as "Goods") and are seeking a suitably qualified Contractor to supply the Goods under any Agreement resulting from this tendering exercise. A list of the Goods required is given in the Specification (Schedule 1). You are invited to submit your tender for these Goods.

The requirement is for the direct delivery of Goods to various locations throughout each Participating Authority and users of the Framework.

Please note:

This Tender is single contractor award; tenders will be required to bid for all goods in order to be considered.

Tenderers must have both ISO9001 and ISO14001 in order to be considered for this tender as stated on bid form 12 and 13 of the response document.

Tenderers should be aware that due to the nature of the Services provided, any Framework Agreement formed as a result of this procurement process shall be executed as a deed. Tenderers should seek independent legal advice on the implications of this prior to submitting their Tender.
