Landex Website

Landex have now decided that it is time to update the Landex.org.uk website, it primary purpose is to share information with member Colleges and Universities. Some updated functionality is ideal with the ability for members to interact with events being organised by Landex so for example the ability to book places on events, whether that be online forms or downloadable links. Most of the content is still relevant so would not require a large amount of work in updating and the tab bar at the top of the current website page gives a clear indication of relevant sub sections that again remain relevant so gives a good basis for content and structure of the new website.

Overall a visual upgrade along with ease of admin usage to update the site in the future where necessary e.g. uploading new documents or links. Along with some simple functionality for members needing to interact with parts of the site. A members section of the website would be of benefit also giving members an opportunity to view other information relevant to them that is confidential, this would be with individual log in details. Within the admin centre for Landex Staff members to enter with the ability to update the site but also add information to individual members sections. Group email lists within here would also be of benefit where email addresses can updated/added and deleted - option to send emails with attachments We aim to create a simple to use and visually appealing website which would provided added security. Content would be easy to view and controlled by the Landex admin using the CMS system. Functionality of the new website would ensure seamless navigation throughout and the best possible experience for the end user. We would also aim for members to have their own individual membership area where information and documents could be stored specific to your College/University and booking on to upcoming events would be an easy process.
