description
CORMAC Solutions Ltd, a Cornwall Council wholly owned company wishes to develop a mutually beneficial framework partnership with a single external service provider to provide the required range of engineering and technical related consultancy services. This contract is a “top-up” services framework to support and provide additional capacity for in-house civil engineering and environmental design teams; commencing April 2017. The framework has an initial duration of 24 months with options for two 12 month extensions. The maximum length of the framework will therefore be four years.
The appointed supplier will be required to supply engineering and technical services to CORMAC SolutionsLtd, CORSERV Ltd including other joint and independent ventures, Cornwall Council or their successors in title, other Cornwall Council wholly owned companies, the Nottinghamshire joint venture company Via East MidlandsLtd, and other public sector organisations and bodies (see below) in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly along with others, who may at a later date adopt the terms and conditions of this framework agreement. Whilst there is no guaranteed quantity or spend, the estimated value ordered through CORMAC Solutions Ltd, CORSERVLtd, Cornwall Council and the family of wholly owned companies is likely to be in the region of £250,000 to £3,000,000 per annum. The potential estimated total value is likely to exceed this range if other organisations decide to participate.
The services will be for the whole of CORMAC Solutions Ltd, all directorates of Cornwall Council, plus Parish,Town and City Councils, and other public sector bodies (including Schools, Housing Associations / Housing

Management Organisations; Police, NHS / Primary Care Trustee etc), who may at a later date adopt the terms and conditions of the framework agreement.
