Notice is for the procurement of a suitable contractor to provide a price and undertake works to level 1 and level 2 of the Radcliffe Building at Wakefield College.
Contractors are required to provide a price for undertaking levels 1 and 2 as separate contracts as well as a price for undertaking both simultaneously.
