The provision of an Interim to analyse the Corporate Change/Transformation activity outlined in the Project Brief (Section B of this ITT):
| (i) | Map the Transformation taking place across SBC |
| (ii) | Report on the summary of the Transformation activity taking place across SBC |
| (iii) | Report on how Transformation across SBC could be better aligned to the corporate strategies and priorities |
| (iv) | Propose how the Governance Structures could align to the Transformation programme |
| (v) | Report on the current capacity within SBC, who is involved in transformation and how the Council's resources could be best utilised to deliver transformation |
- (vi)Report on how SBC's Digital Strategy could assist in the delivery of transformation across SBC
It is anticipated that this diagnostic work will not take longer than 6-8 weeks.
