This is a Contract Award Notice. In November 2017, NHS North East Essex Clinical Commissioning Group, on behalf of NHS England - Midlands and East (East) (NHS Commissioning Board) invited suitably qualified service providers via Contracts Finder to submit Quotes for the provision of primary medical services to homeless patients and patients who have been referred onto the Special Allocation Scheme.
