This requirement describes the extent of works incorporating the provision and installation of the Mechanical, Electrical and Pipework Services, for the replacement of an Air Handling Unit, Recirculation Fan and Ancillaries serving Theatre 4, at Heatherwood Hospital.
The services provision will be undertaken within the confines of an operational facility and is therefore required to be executed within the constraints set out in the preliminaries stated in the tender invitation documentation. Theatre 4 will be out of commission for the Contract Period to facilitate the replacement works.
