A Case Management ICT system (CMS) is required in order to ensure that the Council meets its statutory requirements in the performance of proactive and reactive investigatory works (ranging from informal advice to prosecution), inspection and advice duties, the processing of applications and the management of case records and customer accounts in relation to Regulatory Services.
