Halton Borough Council wish to engage a Consultant to undertake a SEND High Needs Strategic Planning Review.

The Consultant will be required to conduct the review, analyse data and provide recommendations in the form of a written report.

Specifically, the Consultant will provide a comprehensive strategic report for senior stakeholders, including recommendations that identify key strategic opportunities to support the Authority and partners in achieving our ambition to ensure that all children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) have access to a range of provision and support across the borough, which meets their educational needs and provides good opportunities for them to progress.
