WSCC - Market Engagement Event for Providers of Care and Support at Home Services

Dear Service Providers,

You may be aware that the Council's Care and Support at Home (Domiciliary Care) contract arrangements are coming to the end of their current term, and we are therefore planning to recommission these services over the coming year with a procurement exercise anticipated to commence in 2023.

The council would like to invite you to attend a Market Engagement event we are holding to discuss our commissioning intentions and plans for these services. Three dates have been scheduled to provide as many people as possible with an opportunity to attend the Market Engagement event.

The Market Engagement event will be an opportunity for your organisation to input into the plans before we move to a decision on the future arrangements, to hear more about the plans for tendering, and the process for moving to new arrangements. Therefore, we are interested to hear from Providers that currently work with the Council as well as those who may not currently provide services for the Council or who are interested in future opportunities.

We would value your insight into our proposals to help us shape them and ensure they are deliverable and sustainable for Providers. Therefore, we would be grateful if you could join us for one of the following sessions which will be held via Microsoft Teams:

Monday 3rd April 2023 at 13:00 to 15:00.

Tuesday 4th April 2023 at 11.30 to 13.30.

Monday 17th April 2023 at 13.30 to 15:00.

Please email AdultsCommissioning@westsussex.gov.uk to book your place onto one of the three market engagement events. You will need to ensure that your email contains the email address for the person(s) within your organisation who you wish to attend so that the council can send through the Microsoft Teams invite accordingly.
