Place Partnership Ltd. on behalf of Worcestershire County Council invite suitable, qualified and experienced Building Contractors to carry the refurbishment of a fire damaged Utility Block at the Waterside Park Caravan Site Offerton Lane Warndon Worcester WR4 0AF

Brief Description:

Most areas will be fire damaged and allow for refurb in all areas

Take off existing tiles and set aside for reuse where possible

Take off all existing timber trusses and cart away

Remove all fixtures and fittings within existing highlighted areas ready for decorations Strip back all pipework supply to sanitary ware

Strip back all waste supply to sanitary ware

Take for stripping all flooring in each area

Preparation of all walls prior to decorations as manufacturers spec

Strip out all existing sanitary ware

Strip out all worktops base units wall units etc.

Strip out all mechanical electrical items heating fans etc.

The electric is made safe but all electrics shall be striped back to the Distribution Board There will need to be an electrical test of existing distribution boards and incoming before start on site

It is on this basis that we invite suitable contractors to provide a full turn-key project compliant quotation, to deliver this project within set time scales.

Works to be complete by 8th February 2019

All cost, expenses and liabilities incurred by the Supplier in connection with the preparation of their submission, the Form of Tender and Pricing Schedule shall be borne by the Supplier.

Worcestershire County Council reserve the right not to award a contract in full or in part.
