Cannock Chase District Council and Stafford Borough Council are looking to procure the services of a consultant with experience in Environmental Services to undertake a joint review of both Councils Environmental Services to:

| • | Recommend the most appropriate service delivery model(s); |
| • | Identify savings that can be achieved. |
This is considered to be a significant piece of work for both Councils and will shape future service delivery.
