description
The University wishes to appoint a Mechanical and Electrical Contractor to undertake the works associated with completing the upgrade of the electrical services and distribution pipework and associated control strategy throughout the Edward Elgar Building.
Phases 1 & 2 were undertaken during 2015, and comprised a complete upgrade of the main plantroom, associated boilers, pump sets and ancillary equipment. Electrically the facility benefited from a new mains incoming switch-panel arrangement, c/w connection for generator back up, new distribution throughout to main load centre with the provision of final circuit connection boards.
Phase 3 is to be undertaken to complete the upgrade works.
