We are looking for an approved contractor to conduct EWI works on 138 properties in the Middlesbrough area by 31st March 2021

Due to the tight timescales interested parties are asked to provide the following information asap

• Cost per square meter rate and include the cost of all associated works such as movement of satellite dishes, replacement of rainwater goods etc
• Copy of your H&S Policy, RAMS
• Specifications for any materials to be used
• Reference from any previous EWI Scheme
