Supply of Sustainability Appraisal (SA) of the Revised South Marine Plans

The Marine Management Organisation (MMO) is seeking to procure contractors to assist in the development and management of one Sustainability Appraisal (SA) process for the South Marine plan areas. The next part in this process is to undertake additional work; specifically a Sustainability Appraisal of the revised plans and a statement of SA for the post consultation south marine plans.

1. Marine Plans are being developed with reference to the Marine Policy Statement (MPS) and 'A description of the Marine Planning System for England'. The first two marine plans and their SA can be found at http://www.marinemanagement.org.uk/marineplanning/areas/east_plans.htm.
