Origin Housing Limited is looking for a professional window cleaning company to provide window cleaning services for our residential, sheltered and retirement premises owned and managed by Origin. The Communal Window Cleaning Services Contract will be for 3 years with the option of 1 year extension, subject to satisfactory service performance.
Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
