Brief description:
Sandwell's Better Care Fund (BCF) team is seeking to recruit a BCF Digital Consultant to assist with the delivery of the Adult Social Care Technology Enabled Care Digital Strategy and Roadmap. You will be working alongside multiple stakeholders within Sandwell and the Black Country Integrated Care System and will be involved in supporting colleagues both within the BCF team as well as other project leads and commissioners within Adult Social Care and Health on a range of exciting existing projects and new initiatives.
The main duties of this role will be to support the development and delivery of the Digital TEC Strategy and Roadmap with a focus on the 4 key principles Prevention, Early Intervention, Reablement and Safeguarding.
You will have:
- oIn depth knowledge of Technology Enabled Care and digital solutions.
- oExperience of developing digital strategies & roadmaps to underpin these strategies, with experiencing of implementing within an Adult Social Care Environment.
- oKnowledge of Local and National policies supporting Health & Adult Social Care priorities.
- oExperience of working within a fast-paced and complex environment.
- oExcellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- oSolid knowledge of Digital Technology Enabled Care (TEC).
- oKnowledge of the 'What looks Good' framework.
- oSolid understanding of the Telecare Service Association (TSA).
- oExperience of project working and a track record of successful delivery.
- oExcellent problem-solving skills.
- oThe ability to develop strong collaborative networks and effective working relationships.
