Scope - De Montfort University seeks to engage a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor for :
Alteration and refurbishment of existing classrooms into new computer labs.
- Refurbishment of corridors
- Removal of existing closed reception counter and fittings and installation of new partition wall.
- New doors, frames ironmongery
- New ceiling grids and ceiling tiles
- Creation of new opening for screens and doors
- New floor finishes
- Redecoration of walls and woodwork.
