The Leeds Flood Alleviation Scheme (FAS) Natural Flood Management (NFM) Project aims to reduce Flood Risk in Leeds by delivering NFM measures within the River Aire Catchment. The objective of the overarching project is to reduce the peak flood flows in Leeds by 5% in a 1 in 200 year event in 2069.

The objective of this contract is to engage landowners within specified sub catchments within River Aire Catchment, in order to secure landowner agreement for the delivery of NFM measures.
