description
Nottinghamshire County Council, and on behalf of Nottingham City Council, are seeking tenders from suitably qualified bidders to develop and conduct an independent evaluation of the feasibility, acceptability and impact of REACh programme (Routine Enquiry About adverse Childhood experiences) which will be rolled out (by another provider) across identified priority services in Nottinghamshire. The Programme length is identified as 2 years and the REACh programme and evaluation will run concurrently.
Evaluating REACh will assess if families, vulnerable adult and young people receive the right support at the right time thus preventing a 'bounce around' of services as well as how attrition rate within the service.
It is expected that the evaluation will be in two parts;
| • | Evaluation of the training through researcher observations and pre, post and 8 week post training surveys |
| • | Evaluation of the programme development, delivery and impact through interviews with implementers, commissioners, service managers, service users, case studies and routine data collection on outcomes (identified as part of the initial set up with the preferred provider). |
Nottinghamshire County Council (the Council) wishes to appoint a single service provider.
The scope and nature of the services required by the Council are set out in more detail in the Specification. The contract duration will be for 2 years.
