Stratton Festival is organised by Stratton St Margaret Parish Council and takes place annually in July. The event forms part of a programme of events which take place across the Parish. The Stratton Festival event is a 2-day festival on 16 & 17 July and based on the recreation ground behind the Grange Leisure, both owned and managed by the Parish Council.
Stratton Festival is now in its fourth year and it’s main aim is to ‘bring the community together and to celebrate all that’s great about living in Stratton’. Over the last three years the event has grown in popularity and attracts about 5,000 visitors throughout the day.
The event includes a range of live music, a dog show, vintage vehicles, childrens’ entertainment, sporting activities and much more.
The Festival continues to be free to attend and is billed as a charity event.
The successful company will work with Stratton St Margaret Parish Council’s Events officer to provide a design layout, deliver and install the following;
CRAFT FAYRE TENT
40ft x 100ft Traditional Poled Marquee (or close equivalent)
TEA ROOM TENT
9m x 15m Pavilion Frame Marquee (2.3m eave / 3m bays) (or close equivalent)
CRECHE TENT
- 9m x 15m Pavilion Frame Marquee (2.3m eave / 3m bays) (or close equivalent)
MUSIC TENT
Final size / specification subject to guest numbers plus internal configuration (stage size etc.)
For 1000 guests: -
50ft x 110ft ‘Euro’ Poled Marquee (or close equivalent)
For 1500 guests: -
15m x 50m Pavilion Frame Marquee (or close equivalent)
