Corserv on behalf of Cornwall Housing Ltd wish to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified contractor for the refurbishment of existing two-bed terraced dwelling, including thermal upgrades and re-roofing as detailed in the specification and tender documents, under a JCT minor works contract.
The intention is to award the contract to the most economically advantageous tenderer based on 40% Quality and 60% Price.
