description
The City of Wolverhampton Council would like to invite you to an information session on the 6th December 2016, to discuss the opportunity of delivering care and support services in Wolverhampton.
Midland Heart have made a strategic decision to withdraw from delivering LD and Mental Health care services nationally, therefore creating an opportunity for a new provider to deliver care and support at Pear Tree Lane. Pear tree Lane consists of three bungalows that provide accommodation for 14 people with physical disabilities and complex needs. The property is leased from NHS Prop-Co.
Midland Heart will be exiting from the service on 28th February 2017 when a new provider must be in place.
The information session will be held at A4I, Albert Road, Wolverhampton on the 6th December at 1.00pm until 3.00pm. We are asking that only two representatives from each organisation attend on the day.
Please register your attendance by e-mailing susan.eagle@wolverhampton.gov.uk.
Additional information: Please note, this is not a call for competition.
