Building cleaning services - Chelmsford City Council owns a diverse property portfolio and is seeking to engage cleaning services for a core group of twelve premises including the Civic Centre, Leisure Centres, Offices, Depots, Car Parks and the Crematorium. These are high profile buildings used by members of the public, and all services provided should reflect the Council’s aim to be at the forefront of the public sector.
